Full Cord - Mixed Hardwood firewood contains seasoned white and red oak, wild cherry, maple, ash, elm and sycamore logs. The wood is seasoned. When stacked, a cord will measure approx. 4 feet high by 4 feet wide by 8 feet long and has a cubic volume of 128 cubic feet. Each log will measure approx. 17 to 20 inches in length. If you have the need for logs 16" or less in length, they are available upon request.
Great for outdoor fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, chimeneas and traditional in-house fireplaces or wood stoves.

Full Cord - Hickory is best known for its characteristic aroma, as well as a long and hot burning wood. Our wood is used by both residential customers, as well as several well-known restaurants in the Charlotte area for cooking. Our hickory is an approximate mix of 85/15 (Seasoned and Less Seasoned) Hickory.
1. Some moisture in hickory is beneficial, as the moisture in the wood puts off more aroma/fragrance and flavor [in cooking].
2. Once the coals are hot, place a less seasoned piece of Hickory on the fire and this piece will burn longer.
3. The less seasoned wood in the load will be 'just right' for burning by the time you get to it.
4. Once stacked, a "cord" will measure approx. 4 feet high by 4 feet wide by 8 feet long and has a cubic volume of 128 cubic feet.
5. Each log measures approx. 17 to 20 inches in length. If you have the need for logs 16" or less or greater than 20” in length, they are available upon request.
6. Hickory is fantastic for use in outdoor fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, chimeneas and traditional in-house fireplaces, and wood stoves.
